This kids now have choir practice in a new location, one that is about a ten minute walk from our home, in a direction we don’t normally walk. Between our home and practice, a McDonald’s.
I could smell it while I waited for practice to adjourn. I decided to surprise the kids with a pitstop for some fries, for them and for me.
The McDonald’s menu was a bit adjusted for Chile, having some options for sides unique to the region.
However, the fries tasted the exact same as McD’s fries in the US. Though McDonald’s isn’t a normal stop for us at home, this was a welcomed, nostalgic treat.
I really liked when we ate those fries. Even if they were a little soggy, they reminded me of home.
Glad we could share the papas fritas
