I snapped a few pictures of the outside of our house today in Santiago. I would say the house location is solid, and that the location is the prevailing quality. We have relatively easy access to downtown (about 10 minutes away by Uber), and the house is within walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants on the main road through Vitacura. The house isn’t entirely consistent with American standards, but as our base camp, it gives us the space, comfort, and security needed to live, work, and play in Chile. Looking forward to the trees and gardens filling out in spring, and of course the kids are looking forward to the pool warming up.
