Jane is into fluffy animals, and we’re pretty certain we’ll be adopting a bunny on our return to the US. When visiting Atacama, Jane was pumped to see the llamas (which are domesticated), the Vicunas (a smaller llama creature living high in the mountains), and the Guanaco (a bigger llama creature).
We spotted countless Vicunas on our drives and hikes, and Jane got her wish to meet and pet a llama. Our guide stopped in a little village called Tocanao. He led us into a craft store full of colorful blankets, clothing, and stuffed animals, and he led us through the store into the backyard. There we found two llamas, penned and ready to be fed.
Jane (your daughter) says
YES YOU WILL BE ADOPTING A BUNNY AND SHE WILL BE ADORABLE.
