We arrived at Harry Island after lunch on our first full day in Antarctica. Here we had our first excursion off of the boat. We loaded into the zodiacs to explore the bay and watch the many humpback whales that had congregated in the area. We’d see other whales during our Antarctic adventure, but nowhere else did we see so many.
