Made it to the top. Failed to do so yesterday, but today we were up at 6am, on the summit at 8am, back to the house by 9am. Jane and Wilson had mostly good attitudes about the need to reattempt the hike. Going up was tough on the lungs, down tough on the knees and booties as there was a lot of sliding on steep slopes.
From the summit, we could see our house down in Vitacura. Looking from several rooms in the house, you can see the summits of Manhueque and Manhuequito. That makes the summit view especially unique.
