Wilson and I are the early risers in the family. Wilson rises earlier than I do. On our RV trip around America, Wilson and I would spent the sunrise hour together. We’d leave the Airstream to let the girls sleep. It was a special time for me to slow down to spend this time with him. Living in Chile, Wilson can entertain himself without disturbing the sleeping family. There isn’t the need for me to find an activity for us to do each morning. Today we did have a morning out together. Wilson wanted to ride his skateboard, and so I needed to take him outside the gate and into the alleyway. Drinking my coffee before sunrise, I remembered the mornings together.
