We mentioned in our weekly email newsletter a few weeks back that we rented a house for two weeks in Portland, OR.
We arrived on Sunday (two days ago), and we’re settling back into house life. Well, guest house life. We’re staying in a 3 bed guest house behind the main house, and the Airstream is parked outside on the blacktop driveway.

We’ve got many chores to knock out while we’re here, including new tires for the car and trailer. We also have many fun activities lined up during our urban stay, including trips to the Portland zoo, visiting friends, and orchards and farmers’ markets.
We’re excited for a break from the road. If you have any suggestions for places to visit or things to do in Portland, let us know in the comments.
