Before our final push to the end of the Carretera Austral, we stopped in Coyhaique, the capital of the Aysen region in Patagonia. We have an AirBnB for about a week, and we’re using our time here to resupply and get ahead in school work before venturing into a more remote region of Patagonia. While here, we spent some time doing non-hiking activities, like visiting the Aysen region museum and hitting up the dilapidated skatepark.
