We just found my husbands bio family and Ralph Fox was my husbands uncle. I’ve been searching for even one picture of him but can’t find one anywhere. He was in trouble in Michigan throughout his life as well but I STILL can’t find a thing. I’m probably going to have to go to the library – in Detroit – ugh.
Glad you never knew your father…. I’m glad my husband was never around his uncle. Bio father passed away in 1991 but from what I can find, his other children (husbands half siblings) are happy and good NORMAL people. There’s always at least one in the family!
Good luck with finding your picture, if you haven’t already!

Apologies. My comment was meant for the “Should you carry a gun?” page.
With regards to this page i think keeping cool & polite but firm & clear is the best solution. I wouldn’t think being generous with provisions would be beneficial as you might end up with an unwanted hanger on & leave yourself short of food/water.

I think a taser would be better. Less permanent solution. Not sure if it would give a bear more than goosebumps but I’ll feel better knowing i haven’t killed something/someone.

It’s hard to say what makes someone fit or not fit, but it’s often intuition based on a lot of little things, like their clothing, gear, comments.
